[IRCA] TPs for 3-27

>From 1215-1315 UT I only heard these carriers: 594, 747, 774, 972 1134, 1422, 1557 and 1566.  At 1315 the band came alive with many more carriers and a few with audio.
 
594  JJ talk at 1316.
774  JJ talk at 1317
693  talk at 1322.
828  talk at 1318.
1557 very weak audio at 1320.
1566 very strong with man talking 1322
1575 very weak audio at 1326
 
This was the best morning for audio since last fall but it did not last very long.
