[IRCA] TPs for 03-27-07

Listened from 1311-1403 ut. Many carriers but few audios.  Carriers levels
jump up right before sunrise, but not enough for decent audio.  A couple frequencies were better on the SW Ewe, but most were from NW direction.

153             Russia, Radio Rossii 1347 weak

774             Japan, JOUB 1313 fair.
 
1566           Republic of Korea, HLAZ 1325 weak.
