[IRCA] Kansas AM's in Storm Areas

An article in the Dodge City Daily Globe dated 1/3/07 throws a very little  
light on some Kansas AM's knocked off the air after the 12/31 ice storm:
 
KBUF 1030 Holcomb: According to a Western Kansas Broadcast  Center 
spokeswoman, was believed to have returned to air Tuesday (not  confirmed by the paper).
 
KULY 1420 Ulysses: According to the same Western Kansas Broadcast  Center 
spokeswoman, was expected to return to the air Tuesday  (also not confirmed by 
the paper).
 
KGNO 1370 Dodge City: is back on the air.
