[IRCA] Prediction on the 1610 mystery station

If it is ever discovered where this 1610 mystery station is located,
I will  predict that it will be found at one of these locations....

If it's government/ military it will be from one of these areas--
CAMP LEJEUNE, NC (marine)
NORFOLK, VA (navy)
GREENVILLE, NC (VOA/government)

If it is not military/ government it will be on or near a line drawn from
Atlanta, GA to Norfolk, VA. And my guess it will be in the Greenville,SC to
Charlotte,NC market area.

This is because here I can hear the signal 24 hours a day at always S9+20db
over, it doesn't change to much. Even at 1200 local time the signal is
always S9+20.
So it can't be to far away from me.
