[IRCA] Antenna Question?

Hi All,
   
  I am looking for the best solution for me and just curious what others do!
  I have 6 different antenna coming into the shack with three receivers. At present I have the 6 wires in a bundle and from each receiver a alligator clip is used to connect to either of the 6 antennas.
   
  What I really want is a panel with a rotary switch for selecting are particular antenna for one of the 3 receivers, or two receivers off the same antenna and some way of grounding the antennas when not in use. I did some looking on the internet and have only found commerical units.
   
  I am also curious what others have in place to get around this situation.
