[IRCA] 1160 with awful hum

Hi all, this morning, I wanted to hear x e q i n sign on, and right
after the A B C news started at 5 o'clock, I thought another appliance
had come on in the building, but it was the carrier of x e q i n in San
Quintin with an awful hum, and wonder if anybody else has noticed,
because if this is true, they don't maintain their transmitter at all.
