[IRCA] Cuba on 530 right now, midnite EDT?

I'm hearing two Spanish stations on 530 right now, 00:30 EDT. I tuned in 
about 5 minutes before TOH expecting to perhaps hear RVC's ID. I heard a 
very strong dominant SS station with man and woman talking calmly. I don't 
speak any Spanish, but it seemed like I heard mentions of "Cuba" several 
times. TOH came and went with nothing obvious--I didn't hear RVC's ident. 
There was another much weaker SS station far underneath. The dominant 
station then played soft Latin music, then a man speaking, then an upbeat 
Latin female singer, then the man talking, then another Latin song. 
Currently the man is speaking. The other SS station is fading up now, 
playing music.
RVC I've heard many times before, but usually never so strong as this 
dominant SS station.
Could Cuba be running high power on 530 right now?
I've never positively heard Cuba on MW before.
