When did the CRTC start allowing oldies formats on FM? They seem to frown
on this format on FM, though CING_107.9 in Burlington, ON was oldies back
in the Carter administration (1976-1980, which in Canada would correspond
to Trudeau's second term and the brief tenure of Joe Clark) - hence the
large number of oldies stations on what are left of Canada's AM
broadcasters.
