Re: [IRCA] NHL radio on 570

Nick, I am not much of a spors fan, but I do follow baseball somewhat. (I tried to quit but I can't, hi).  CKST-1040 carries the Mariners' games, and do not always insert Canadian ads.  Sometimes you will hear ads clearly intended only for US -based people flowing through on the Canadian side of things.  So maybe you cannot rule out a Canadian station simply due to a US-based ( i.e., Memorial Day mentions) ad . . .

ef
PS: did you know baseball is mentioned in the Bible?  It starts out, "In the big inning . . ."  Ouch, sorry

I've presently got two Flag antennas phased against each other, and
KVI is nowhere to be found, with this one dominant in its
null.   Judging by the northerly / westerly aspect of the Flags, I'd
suspect Williams Lake on the channel, but there was a commercial
mentioning Memorial Day, and NHL radio is an American network isn't
it?  But, then, another commercial mentioned Calgary I thought....

Thanks for any help.  Anything in KVI's null on a late spring
afternoon would be DX....

best wishes,

Nick
