I have never understood why a station that has to be directional north
(to protect 1260 Boston, ex-WEZE, now WMKI) would have put its site
NORTH of the city it was trying to serve!
CIHI/CKHJ has been quite well heard in New England for a long time, and
even here in western NY from time to time.
(And the WEEI/WEZE confusion is completely understandable - the WEZE
calls and religious format that used to be on 1260 are now on 590, which
used to be WEEI!)
