[IRCA] AM-DX.COM Remote Receiver

I put the JVC HD Radio receiver on with a better bit rate
stream so people can judge the sound on AM.  It's tuned to WBZ-1030.

Due to bandwidth limits, only 5 connects are allowed at a time.
I may increase that later.
