[IRCA] AM-DX.COM Remote Receiver

The AM-DX.COM remote receiver is back on for testing.  It's now running a
Shoutcast MP3 stream, playable through WinAmp or any player that will
support an MP3 stream.


If there is interest, I can put the JVC HD Radio receiver on with a better
bit rate stream so people can judge the sound on AM.  Let me know..

Right now it's the Drake R8B and 100' sloper, plus a TimeWave DSP-599zx for
audio processing.

Due to bandwidth limits, only 5 connects are allowed at a time.  I may
increase that later.
