Idon't think KTVK SD has used its allocated by power during this still 
rather new century. !! An extremely flagrant cheat and monitered several 
times during sunset skip (when for some reason I wasn't chasing DX at that 
time) not dropping power, which seems enough proof for me. I think you had 
KTVK as they are ESPN.
