[IRCA] Feb 16 report

(1)  Thank you to all who chimed in and sent birthday greetings.  You're
all pretty neat people (well, most of you :--).....

(2)  KXEL (for whatever reason) was noted again last night 2/15 circa
midnight pounding away at KMPC on 1540.  Wonder whats gotten in to
THEM?  KSTP was doing the same to San Jose on 1500 (whatever their call
is) but that's fairly regular.
