[IRCA] 810 ZNS3 Off for a while.

At 11:30 am ET, Feb 16 2006, 810 ZNS3 (C6B3) Freeport, Bahamas, left the 
air for planned "technical adjustments."

An announcement was made yesterday about this outage and can be heard in my 
recording at:

Just when the station will be back and if it will be permanent is yet to be 
determined.
