True, the link nettradio.nrk.no/default.php?kanal=europ doesn't take you 
directly to Europakanalen although the end of it would suggest it.
Yes, this stream is always in // with all the Norwegian LW and MW fq's 
except for local news, which are during the day. The text says:
"En miks av P1 og P2 sendes på mellombølge til Europa og på langbølge til 
havområdene. Dette er først og fremst en spesialservice for fiskere, med 
flere værmeldinger."
"A mixture of program 1 and 2 is transmitted on medium wave to Europe and on 
longwave to sea areas. This is first and foremost a special service for 
fishermen, with many weather reports."
