Re: [IRCA] philosophy of logging a new one



To me, a carrier doesn't go into the log, period. There has to be
identifiable audio. Certainly there is some difference of opinion within
the hobby as to what constitutes "identifiable audio", and I'm not going
into that here. I think that's for each DX'er to decide.
