[IRCA] Oklahoma TP DX 2/25/17

The TP DX drought continues here.
828 JOBB? carrier signal under WCCO at 1259.
1566 HLAZ? traces of signal at 1304-1306 (LSR 1305).

Even in the recent years of elevated sunspots the reception of high-powered Japanese stations was better than it has been here this winter. Normally JOUB was audible many mornings into early spring. It has been rarely heard this year. Although its carrier is often heard, I've yet to hear audio from JOBB this season. In the past it was frequently audible around sunrise. As the transoceanic DX season fades away thoughts already turning to the start of the next.

Good DX.
