'Black Helicopters' ? Marx 101. Some call it the 'ad hominem' method of debate. Cheating, in other words. "Out of facts? Personal attacks."
Spectrum oozes IBOC pus. Spare us the homily from corporate 'if they say this, you say....' script cards. Tedious.
Trade mags have long run predictable articles penned by glib dullards clumsily marginalizing learned and lay men alike who dare question IBOC cabal's greaszy disingenuous blattings. Indicative.
Why do engineers - admitted experts in their field - ridicule say, Mr. Kahn, rather than reply directly with facts to his elegantly expressed technical concerns? Because IBOC/HD is a failed system whose shills are factually bankrupt. Their product? Klepto-driven techno-trash. Their sales pitch? Vintage stool pigeon.
They fumble for answers to simple questions. They lob them oafishly as does one with semi-dessicated dog plop, hoping it sticks to anything but them.
They defend their beloved corporation, be it HD manufacturer or IBOC broadcaster. They're offended by the impudence of an unappreciative public. Shame on we non-elites.
They've yet to learn their love for the corporation will prove unrequoited. First goes the hobby. Then fades the smile as follows the job.
