Mike,

I did not know KAST was on 1200! Ken Edwards who used to be the CE at
KAST in the 70s, who ran a couple DX Tests for the IRCA, told me a lot
about the early history of KAST. George Rastolla was the CE at KAST for
many years. He died in the 70s. His wife Mary was a secretary there for
years too.
