[IRCA] CBW 990 - Cutting out?

I have heard several "cutouts" in CBW 990 signal.  I listen to them almost
nightly for their plesant talk and music.  Have noticed several times within
the last week a very short signal loss lasting a fraction of a second.
Could be very brief loss of audio or similar loss to RF ckts.  This brief
loss occurs every few minutes, once in a while it sounds like a pulse of
IBOC type digital noise injected into signal or how a typical noise blanker
in a receiver responds to a noise pulse.  Maybe I'm just hearing things or
perhaps they do have a XMTR or audio problem or the audio feed from CBC is
getting a pulse of noise or notch from somewhere.
