Les usually does a summary based upon reports to IRCA/etc eGroups and then
sends it to the clubs for publication... so reporting your reception to
one of the eGroups should be sufficient for getting into the summary
report. What I ment was that I did not receive a report from Les for that
test. Of course, reporting test reception to the appropriate Roundup
Editor of "DX Monitor" is encouraged as well... so there are two
opportunities. As I recall, several reports to the Roundup columns have
been published....
