[IRCA] WLLL DX Test

After reviewing my cassette from 0000-0030 EST, I heard bits of morse
code, but a pretty good string of code at 0021 EST. It was weak, but cut
through some of the QRM at least. With two stations talking helped a
lot. KSEI-ID with FOX Sports and KYAK-WA with rel talk. Earlier some
CJCA came in, but was soon gone at 0000 EST.  Also some unid Oldies
station was very weak. Thank goodness for that.  I am very pleased with
this.
