Les,
That is a real shame. No wonder getting QSLs out of stations is becoming
more difficult. The internet has been very good for many things,
especially getting DX material out quickly. But it also brings things
not good to the hobby too. If tests and QSls come to an end, we can
blame a few who caused it. We should "ALL" think before we speak. One CE
in CA told me that some stations in his area refuse to QSL any longer
because of trouble from DXers. He did not say what it was, but the word
gets out. Engineers are a very close group, working with many through
the years, and if one gets burned, then who knows how many stations are
affected by one bad situation. As a DX community, we should always work
with stations. They are doing us a BIG favor with DX Tests, QSLing, etc.
Many are very good friends to our hobby. Please people watch your
actions. We may all regret them. Thanks Les for sharing your e mail. and
lets DX and not bicker. DX DX DX...
73s,
Patrick
