Major League Baseball has contracted to put the games for ALL of their teams on XM Satellite Radio...the Cardinals' terrestrial radio flagship will remain with KMOX for the foreseeable future.
The St. Louis Rams could be changing flagship stations beginning with the 2005 season. Clear Channel has been deemphasizing NFL coverage in recent years, with the primary exception of the Cincinnati Bengals (CC has Cincinnati practically monopolized). CC's 103.3 KLOU has had the games for the past several years; the most likely new flagship for the Rams next season is the current AM affiliate, KTRS 550.
