I've had all night and all morning to think about this. Heck, I might 
even have dreamed about it.
It could be it's still too early to form an opinion about this, but for 
now I would say that to have RCI spend its money on domestic 
broadcasting is a monumental waste of money. We have the rest of the CBC 
and its multimillion-dollar budget to produce domestic broacasting. 
Surely CBC can come up with a few bucks to pay for a program directed at 
new Canadians so RCI can apply all its resources to make great programs 
for its world audiences.
