[Swprograms] More info on RCI changes

I am currently listening to a 60-minute edition of Maple Leaf Mailbag 
online. The program began with a few listener letters relating to the 
coming changes at RCI. Here are a few pieces of information gathered 
from what the program hosts said. (And BTW, the answers seem to relate 
only to weekday programming, though this wasn't explicitly stated.)
Starting with the B06 season, RCI will produce a daily, two-hour omnibus 
current affairs program. The first hour will be directed to a domestic 
audience -- new Canadians in Canada. It will not be heard on shortwave 
but will be available for download on the Internet. There are currently 
no details about how the program will be distributed within Canada. The 
second hour will be directed to an international audience and will be on 
shortwave. The program will be called The Link; it appears Marc 
Montgomery will be the host.
