[Swprograms] RA and RNZI Previews

Due to time constraints caused by increased workloads at my "regular"  
employment, I regret that I have had to suspend temporarily  
publication of the regular Radio Australia and Radio New Zealand  
International preview packages I have been disseminating for the past  
few years.  Hopefully, these circumstances will work themselves out  
in such a way that I will be able to resume these bulletins shortly.

Sincere apologies for any inconvenience that has resulted from this  
reluctant decision.

Fortunately, both RA and RNZI have available accurate and up to date  
program schedules on the their respective websites:  <abc.net.au/ra>  
and <rnzi.com>.  In addition, <rnz.co.nz> also had detailed schedules  
for the programs relayed by RNZI.
