I was thinking of the one-time CBC This Morning feature by Jane
Farrow, "Canada's Most Wanted Words".

(I once got a nth place runner up in CMWW for suggesting "Boyle's Law
of Closets" as a phrase for the tendancy for junk to overfill all
available storage space. My favorite entry [not mine] was puffugees
for the forlorn crowd getting their nicotine fix outside a building
where smoking is banned, especially during a Canadian February.)
