I was able to pick up "Sounds Like Canada" on all three frequencies this 
morning (9515, 13655, and 17820).  However, I've been having difficulty 
with the Radio Korea International relay at 1200 UTC.  Reception is quite 
variable.  On some days, it's clear as a bell; on others, it barely comes 
in.  And as far as I can tell, there's no correlation between RKI 
reception and how RCI will come in later that day.
