I only thought the BBC used WYFR transmitters from roughly 0100 to 0400
(9525 kHz) and 0400 to 0600 (6135 kHz).

Daniel Sampson's "Prime time Shortwave" Excel spreadsheet shows 15565 for
the BBCWS through 1800 and then WYFR using the frequency from 1800 on.  That
seems to mesh with what you're getting.

According to the schedules page for the BBCWS, 15565 originates from the UK
and targets Eastern and Southeastern Europe, and is on from 0700 to 1800.
