I saw an item on the business news today that Stern's program will cost Sirius $100,000,000 a year to produce.  They estimate they need to add 1,000,000 new customers attributable to Howard Stern to break even on this deal after marketing costs.  That seems pretty far-fetched as shock jocks get old quickly as the listener's mind numbs and the eyes glaze over.  Churn is likely to eat up a lot of the added revenue as listeners who subscribed to Sirius just to hear Howard grow weary of his antics and unsubscribe.  Sirius can only hope they can turn these new listeners to their more attractive programs before they wear out and unsubscribe.
