There's also the RNW Bonaire transmitter (which also relays Radio 
Vlaanderen Internationaal) to worry about.

Hurricanes Charley and Frances have disrupted Radio Taiwan's broadcasts 
using the Okeechobee relay, as well.  RTI hasn't been on the past four 
nights.
