In the 11 AM AST/EDT (1500 UTC) Hurricane Ivan advisory I noticed the
following:
" AT 11 AM AST...1500Z...THE GOVERNMENT OF THE
NETHERLANDS ANTILLES
HAS ISSUED A HURRICANE WATCH FOR BONAIRE...CURACAO AND ARUBA." Antigua is to the north an East...and is out of harm's way.
Cuba and Haiti aren't out of the woods yet.
