Yep.

In the years past, Infinity owned WHN / 1050 kHz; GE/NBC owned WNBC on 660
kHz.

When GE sold NBC Radio to Westwood One (which is manged by Infinity -- I
don't know if Viacom owns it or not), WNBC ceased to exist and WHN -- by
that time WFAN -- took over the 660 kHz frequency and its clear-channel 50kw
non-directional signal pattern.

The only notable holdover on-air person from WNBC before the switch was Don
Imus.
