Not to "one-up" you Eric, but as a festival commuter, I arrived home in
Center City Philadelphia on Friday evening and discovered I had a fever, which
varied between 100-102.5F during the entire weekend. Needless to say, I did not
return to the Fest on Saturday. Thought I'd salvage the situation by at least
attending a Macintosh iLife seminar at the local Apple store(free pizza,
t-shirts, etc.) on Saturday afternoon, since it was only a block away, but I never
made it any further than my bathroom/washroom. My fever abated on Monday,
though I'm still a bit weak with occasional coughs.

Hope I did not infect anyone I came in contact with on Friday. It was a
great disappointment missing over half the fest, but at least I scored that
Hallicrafters S38c before I left which has made me feel like a teenaged WN3WHK
again(thanks, Joe!). It did take me a couple tries before I realized why audio
was not immediate when power switch is turned on...love dem valves.

Best wishes,

Saul Broudy
