Re: [IRCA] Likely new state (620-WTMJ)



I'm with Rick in that I want to have ample conclusive evidence pointing
only to one station in order to count absent an ID.
That might be a couple of local ads, it might be a traffic report with
specific highways or intersections named, or something
like that. There are many sets of standards among DX'ers and we each have
to find what works best for us.
