[IRCA] TP 22 Nov Victoria version

Lively from 1115UT according to the propagation monitor, but started to
decay after 1300UT when my recording started, and particularly dull from
1400 to 1500UT, but, as earlier pointed out, a nice top band sunrise
enhancement, somewhat later here than Gary reported.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at
least briefly):

1566 HLAZ woman in Chinese 1519UT, then various talk and music topping out
at this level until after 1540UT, still readable 1550UT
1575 VoA really got into its stride after local sunrise, VoA jingle, man
and woman in SE Asian language 1535UT to well after 1540UT

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by
a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

774 JOUB man in Japanese 1310UT
972 HLCA woman in Korean 1316UT
1593 CNR1 man in Chinese 1517UT

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise
could be understood by a native speaker:

594 JOAK man in Japanese 1328UT
828 JOBB man in Japanese 1320UT
891 JOHK man in Japanese 1412UT, no parallel available

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at
by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music)

603 HLSA likely, man talking Korean inflection 1523UTion and into soft
music; this hung around until after 1530UT, the only low bander to benefit
from sunrise enhancement, though part of that was CJWW-600 fading down.
612 man and woman talking, sounded DU English 1410UT
693 JOAB man talking //774 1324UT
954 JOKR? woman talking, Japanese inflection 1445UT
1053 Korean jammer 1323UT
1116 6 pips 1400UT, woman talking, likely 4BC?
1422 JORF? woman talking, Japanese inflection 1513UT, battling with 1420
splash

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)

567 702 738 747 864 945 1044 1098 1242 1251 1269 1287 1314 1323 1359 1386
1404 1548 1557 1584

best wishes,

Nick
