Many carriers up here Don. Spread across the band from 153 to the high 1400âs. Several producing audio with 1413 being the best, with two men talking in what sounded like Russian. Only snippets of audio from 189. 1215 produced very poor audio at time, otherwise just a carrier. The remainder of the audio producers were too low to get the language. All these were heard in the period from 0245 to 04:10 when they started to fade down.
