[IRCA] TP 30 Aug Victoria version
Not as much excitement this morning, minimalist or otherwise, and not
much near sunrise.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
no
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
774 JOUB, man in Japanese 1151UT
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
756 RNZ? man talking, fading up at 1301UT (of course), a mention of
North Island points to this.
1116 4BC likely. Woman talking to another woman on the phone 1153UT
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
702 man talking 1233UT, sounded DU English
828 3GI, ABC news fanfare heard weakly 1200UT
891 man talking 1313UT, sounded like DU English, and racing, so maybe TAB.
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
621 738 1566
best wishes,
Nick
