You make no mention of a feed point transformer, I trust you are using one? You're also using 75 ohm coax rather than 50 ohm?!

I would very highly recommend http://www.loop-antennas.com/Components/FLG100LN-2 which not only adds useful amplification which you will want for the low end, but serves as a feed point transformer as well.
