[IRCA] TP 24 Mar Victoria version
An odd mix this morning, but certainly better than the last couple of
days, though only HLAZ managed more than a "barely there" signal.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)

738 woman talking, French inflection 1204UT
747 sounded like English lessons, but pretty far down in the mud 1338UT

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
