[IRCA] TP 24 Mar Victoria version

A continuing decline in conditions but not outrageously, just a 
little harder to dig out the second tier stations.  Things peaked 
around 1345-50UT today.




pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, 
at least briefly):

594 JOAK peak at 1351UT with man in Japanese
747 JOIB man in Japanese 1320UT
774 JOUB Chinese lessons 1349UT




Reasonable audio  at  times during the period (much of it 
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

828 JOBB Chinese lessons 1345UT, music box still making it through at 
s/off 1442UT
972 HLCA man talking in Korean 1338UT
1566 HLAZ man and woman in Chinese 1350UT (choral music still making 
it through weakly at 1514UT)





not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or 
noise could be understood by a native speaker:


567 JOIK Japanese woman, musical interlude //594 1323UT
873 JOGB man in Japanese //747 1328UT
891 JOHK man in Japanese //594 1325UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be 
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in 
talk or music)

729 JOCK brief break in 730 splash  allowed this through, woman

738 pop music 1347UT; Taiwan?

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or 
ravaged by splatter)

693 702 864 909 1044  1053 1179  1314 1323  1503 1593 seemed to be 
Asian;    1098  seemed   DU
