Conditions today had a bit of that same ol' same ol' flavor. Lots of
intriguing carriers at the high end, not much at the low end, and an all
too brief sunrise enhancement. DX-wise, it was deja vu all over again.
GOOD - a native speaker would have understood most of it, at least for a
brief period

FAIR - a native speaker would have recognized words and phrases

POOR - recognizable program content

747 JOIB, man & woman 1428, I easily recognized the voices and
delivery style despite the weak signal
774 JOUB, talk //747 but slightly stronger 1429
