Listened on & off from 1306-1511 utc. Best signal of the morning went to JOAK 594 with a good signal. With the A index at 22, this might of lessen the chances of the second tier stations?

693    JAPAN, Tokyo, JOBB NHK2 1440 very weak signal with man in Japanese. Moderate splatter. NW ewe.  02/17/2014

774    JAPAN, Akita, JOUB NHK2  1304 fair signal with man in Japanese. NW ewe. Moderate splatter.  02/17/2014

828    JAPAN, Osaka, JOBB NHK2 1308 poor audio with man in Japanese. Very weak 1434. NW ewe. 02/17/2014

1566  REPUBLIC OF KOREA, Cheju, HLAZ FEBC 1311 very weak signal with music. NW ewe. 02/17/2014
