[IRCA] TP 12 Feb Victoria version
Not a morning to wake up for.....
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
No
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
Still no
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
STILL no
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
738 man talking, FF inflection 1406UT
774 man and woman talking, maybe lessons, even EE lessons (that woman
is pretty distinctive), but none listed at this time, 1509UT
1116 man talking, DU EE inllection 1458UT, gone by the hour
(these were peaks.....everything else was a few carriers)
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
936 1008
best wishes,
Nick
