[IRCA] TP 11 Feb Victoria version

A bitty sort of morning, with a brief upper band lift after 1500UT, but not high excitement. I did seem to have some stronger signals than Bruce did, which is odd for Asiatics Oh...and no real sign of HLAZ.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

not quite

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

747 JOIB, pushing the top level, man in JJ 1456-7UT
774 JOUB sudden rise out of murk 1423UT EE lessons, held on for a minute or two

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

1575 VoA likely woman in SE Asian language 1507UT
1593 CNR1 man talking CC 1511UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music)

594 JOAK likely, woman talking, JJ inflection
702 ? Man w/ DU EE inflection 1316-7UT, not //747 which was in also for a bit, so not NHK2 playing tricks with its EE lessons
1242 man and woman talking, JJ inflection 1508UT

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter)

612 828 891 1422 1503

best wishes,

Nick
