Hi,

With all the talk on this receiver, where in the US can I get one repaired?
My ATS909 works ok, but after the receiver has been turned on for a while,
the sounds becomes distorted and fades out (this is the best way to describe
it)
It will be nice to have fixed and working again!

The older ATS-909/RadioShack DX-398 has a reputation of being numb on MW and
SW without external antennas. My DX-398 is. SW is excellent with a short
length of wire clipped to the whip. MW is great when used with an
inductively coupled loop. Fortunately I paid very little for mine. I think
it was a very poor value at full price.
