[IRCA] TP 3 Feb Victoria version
As others have said, it was HLAZ's morning, though here it wasn't the
powerhouse that Gary heard.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
1566 HLAZ peaking at this level 1523UT with CC religious broadcast,
but had been in from 1415UT with a usually readable signal; had
collapsed by 1530UT
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
the above passing through
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
the above passing through
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
774 JOUB? woman talking JJ inflection 1454UT
1116 man talking, DU EE inflection 1509UT
1314 bassy pop mx 1522UT, man talking energetically, maybe JOUF?
1593 CNR1? man talking CC inflection 1517UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)

best wishes,
Nick
