[IRCA] TPs in Seattle on January 22

As others have said, TP conditions were quite good this morning. My unattended recording 1425-1601 UTC showed fairly consistent reception up until about 1535-40 UT at which point most signals dropped out rather quickly. The 972 Korean, however, was still doing well when the recording ended at 1601.

The low band Japanese stations were the winners today, with good signals from the regulars and bits of audio from a couple of seldom heard stations. With one or two exceptions, the upper part of the dial was sub par - HLAZ-1566 was anemic at best and VOA-1575 was just a carrier.
